    • 1 quart sour cream
    • 2 1/2 cups whole grain flour

    • 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) room temperature unsalted butter

    • 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
    • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
    • half a cup whole wheat flour

    • Three tablespoons of cold unsalted butter, diced

    • 1 pound white chocolate chips
